I don’t have enough good things to say about the SGF center city clinic. This is my second time with them and the staff are so incredibly caring and supportive. They’re also very fast with their response times and I’ve never waited longer than 10 minutes to be seen (and am usually seen immediately). Dr. Kallen is also incredible. Really grateful for the care at this center, and can’t recommend them enough.

My wife and I went to Shady Grove Fertility hoping for compassionate care, but the staff was cold and dismissive. Our doctor rushed through consultations and didn’t take the time to explain our options. After spending thousands on treatments, we felt more like a number than a patient. Shady grove has been an overall wonderful experience . Walking in early mornings I was always greeted by Brooke’s wonderful smile and warm welcoming energy. Alicia and Brooke made difficult appointments just that much easier. Dr. Kallen was an absolute delight to work with. Everything was always explained in detail and any minor setback we faced I trusted his expertise and judgement to reach our end goal! I cannot thank Center City office enough for making this process and journey just that much easier!
