Posted 8/27/24 I called on 8/26/24 and spoke to Anthony, inregards to me needing a Rim for my 2023 Chrysler Pacifica Touring that didn't come with a spare. Anthony gave me the cost with tax included. I informed Anthony that I will be there first thing in the morning at 8am. Anthony informed me he will be in later that morning on 8/27/24, but someone will be able to complete my order, when I came to the office. I meet with George and informed him, I spoke to Anthony concerning the Rim I needed. George said he can take care of it for me, so he took the information from me. And went and got the information off my tire, along with a photo to make sure I received the same exact Rim as what's on my vehicle. Awesome Customer Service and great team work to Anthony and George. I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends, if they are in need of excellent used car parts. Job Well Done! Happy Customer 🙂

I wish I didn't have to click on a star. This company does not deserve any stars! The employees have a bad attitude! Spent $3600 towards a rebuilt- was told it would be 7 days to complete. They called after 10 days and told me they were no longer able to rebuild a transmission. Didn't try to outsource a new transmission, instead gave me an attitude! VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Rude and garbage selection! Take the trip to the southern yards. These guys are a joke! Update to response: maybe train your employees to not be rude and say things like, “don’t waste my time with a part” when literally that’s what you sell, PARTS. Fakest and most generic response. These people don’t care about the customers they only care when you have to spend a couple 100 dollars…

The man that’s speaks, Spanish, and English sold me a rim that didn’t match my others when I took it back he told me that he would’ve ordered the one that I wanted ,which he did not do at all, would not work with me. Would not refund my money after he knew he sold me the wrong one. DIRTY

I understand why some would give them no stars. The service was terrible. The store keeper (or owner) kept speaking on the phone and the other assistant was useless. BUT, I give them 4 stars because they were the only one who had a used (but intact) tail light for my car at quite a low price, and their information on the phone was accurate. They sell cheap, and they do the job. What do you expect from a store like this?

Terrible,Terrible experience never again! Al is the worst salesman I ever had to deal with in my life. I rather buy new than to deal with the headache. There's many salvage yards in the area I recommend go there than deal with these guys
