I pretty much knew I needed a new battery. I searched online to all of the local vendors and read reviews. I also looked at prices and available in stock items. Advanced Auto was not the cheapest vendor but they offered free installation. I knew I could do it myself but having an extra set of eyes and hands with the updated new testing equipment was worth the extra price paid for the battery. I meant Karen at the desk and we went through the process of buying and installing the new battery. She was very likable and knowledgeable. Towards the end Hogan came to check on her and helped us finish up. The whole process only took a few minutes. I am happy with my decision.

When I called this store and had multiple questions, the staff person on the phone was very friendly and helpful. She did not get impatient with my lack of knowledge about mechanics. When I went into the store they loaned me a tool to remove the old part for my car. Then allow me to use the tools to install the new one. The man who helped me with the part was very knowledgeable and took the time to help me. The part I needed was a fan motor resistor.

I went here to get my battery changed and I was so happy with the service. Karen and Eden really went out of their way to help me. They knew what they were doing and talking about and explained everything to me and got it done quickly.

My 1.5 year Gold AutoCraft battery left me stranded in Gainesville. I had to call for roadside service and in the meantime I called to inquire about having this battery replaced. The store said they had a record of my purchase in 2019 but was a Silver not a Gold. I gave them the part number and said they didn't have that one as a purchase but a Silver . I then told them I had to refill the cells with distilled water at which time they said I had voided the warranty by doing so. I then proceeded to Auto Zone to get a much better battery and better service. I will NEVER shop Advance Auto again.

Every time I've come to this store has been nothing short of awesome. The staff is so nice and friendly and Eden always knows what to do to get me to the answer I need (since I'm "automotiliterate). Always so knowledgeable and I'm able to be in and out if need be. Thanks so much guys!
