So how do you go to work and only do what you feel like? I got my garbage out there in time but doesn’t help when they totally skipped my cans and take everybody else’s. I was in my home office and watched them skip mine. So now where am I to put my garbage all week when my cans are full. I’d like to know this guys address and I’d dump them on his yard.

It’s amazing when your a paid customer and you have to call weekly to get your services picked up I pay my bill every time I get an invoice yet I have to call to get my services collected complete nonsense and yet route manager never returns call and let’s their employees get off not picking up the stuff. Hate being that guy but when multiple complaints have been filed and still no chsnge Seems I may have to find another company

It’s unacceptable to just skip a garbage pickup for the week to your paying customers. Would they continue to provide garbage service if I just decided not to pay? No. Where I work if we’re short orders we’ll be working overtime to catch up. Customers first, plain and simple. Because of this Glenbeulah has switched services. Good!

I have lived in five different states and have NEVER encountered such horrible service. My daughter is flying here tomorrow to help me get ready for a move. They delivered the wrong size cans, I contacted them last week on Tuesday. They promised to bring the correct size but I'd have to wait until next Monday and the cans I had to be empty. Today is Monday and by 3pm no replacements!! I started calling them on both my land line and cell phone but never got an answer. I stayed on hold for 15+ minutes - STILL NO ANSWER. I need two trash cans ASAP since I'm preparing for a cross country move and I have ZERO trash cans!!!!!!!

I ordered service 2 weeks ago for my new home. They collected payment from me up front for four months... They have yet to even deliver bins!!I’ve tried to get a hold of them multiple times & they keep saying that the bins are scheduled to be dropped off but the days they claim they’re dropping off, they never come.Today I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone for two hours. I’ve called 5 times & have been on hold. No one answers.I’m infuriated with their service, to say the least, & I feel scammed.

A golf tournament (Ryder Cup) is happening on the other side of the county, they send an email after pick up day saying no pick up this week because golf. They also didn't discount 25% less monthly charge for 25% less monthly pickup. Switching services as we speak.

Absolutely terrible service. We pay for the residential service out of town. Out of the last 6 weeks we have had 4 missed pickups. Customer service is useless. We were told the service manager would call us. That was 2 weeks ago. They can consider the service cancelled.

Advanced Disposal.. Ha what a joke. More like Amature Disposal. Frequent missed pickups or not dumping the bins fully is there way here in Sheboygan Falls. Multiple calls leads to nothing or false promises of coming to pick up the garbage. Also the customer service people are rude. Unfortunately it seems they truly don't care. If I could leave a review with no stars I would.

How long should we leave our garbage out for pick up in Sheboygan falls? October fest will look nice with all the garbage bins still sitting on western ave!

Very expensive and watch their contract. I would not use their service again. Find someone else if you can.
