Very bad experience. I bought a 2018 Honda pilot transmission . When they delivered it to Honda City where my car was the technician saw that it was broken. Alliance took it back and send another one . When it was put on the car that transmission to was not good . It was damaged . Now my car was being repaired at the dealership service center Honda City. When alliance was contacted about the damaged transmission I was told that I had to contact the warranty department. It was a back and forth thing with. Them . I told them to go get their transmission and refund me my money . I had to be back and forth on the phone . After about month I finally received my refund. I ended up paying labor twice to put in and to take out and to put in a new one which I bought from somewhere else . Alliance is the worst . Never again.
