I would like to express my gratitude to Chris C., the tow truck driver who has helped me on two separate occasions over the past few months. I’ve been dealing with a recurring battery issue and had to get my car towed each time. From the first tow, when I was frustrated and upset about having to get my car towed, Chris’s positivity and professionalism really helped me feel better about the situation. Due to my battery issues today I requested a tow and to my surprise Chris C. showed up and, I was genuinely happy to see him because I remembered him from my last tow - it was almost like running into an old friend! During both tows Chris C. was professional, prompt, and efficient. He made sure to call ahead of time and let me know his ETA, which I really appreciated. Even though being a tow truck driver must be busy work, Chris never hesitated to take the time to listen or share something positive. His positive attitude truly helped take some of the stress out of an already tough situation. If you ever find yourself needing a tow, I highly recommend requesting Chris C. I had a tire blowout today on Highway 190. It was really scary, and I wasn’t sure what to do. My mom called up Goode towing for me because that’s who she has always used. Chris was literally out to me in less than 15 minutes. He changed out my tire, even though it was a huge pain in the ass!!! I can’t say enough good things about this company and Chris. If you ever need towing or Roadside assistance call Goode!!!!
