Out of all my interactions with businesses related to automobiles since I have been in Texas this is the only positive experience I've had. I don't remember his name but the guy helping me was great seemed to go out of his way to help me. Most importantly he did not take advantage of my auto ignorance.

Listening is not their strong suit. I despise a know it all that don't know anything. Very very difficult to work with.

Great communication, great quality parts. They were helpful enough to go and check the condition of the replacement parts I needed for my wife's Jeep. When I got there I was in and out in only a couple of minutes. I'll definitely come here again amd recommend to others.

I called and inquired about a part. They looked it up and confirmed it was available. It was four times less than any other location.( Not exaggerating) The part was waiting on me when I got here. I love the atmosphere, friendliness and professionalism.

Wasn't sure about all these bad reviews, but every time I have called them about wanting to look into pulling or buying a part they have been complete a-holes. I really wanted to just ask if they are TRYING to ruin their business. It's like you're asking for a favor or something when you're just trying to give them your business. I dealt with them a few years ago and it wasnt quite so, but don't think I'll be talking to them again.

I bought a used ABS control assembly from triple R and they told me it had a 90 day warranty. The first time they gave me the wrong part. The second time they were very rude to me, but gave me the right part, unfortunately it was defective. So I call them and try to get another part and the OWNER of the business tells me he isn't going replace my part. The worst thing is I told him I think he's taking advantage of me and he literally told me "that's the way things are done". So now I'm stuck with either buying another part (these things are $2000 new) or driving in an unsafe car. Never buy from these guys they personify why the auto repair industry has such a bad name.

Great staff, took over 30 minutes to find me the exact same part that I brought in for them for replacement on my truck. Awesome customer service, very professional, highly recommended

Didn't happen to have my starter because it's for a Lincoln LS 6 cyl. but this good ol' boy was nice enough to refer me to someone he thought might have it. Good way to operate. I would recommend...
