I went there on Saturday to look for a door handle for my vehicle. When, I went in and went to the counter, I immediately was greeted and helped. The the guys at the counter assisted me. He look up my make and model but didn't have any vehicles like mines on the lot.

Make sure at check out that YOU verify if you want the warranty for your part. The guy ringing me up didn't ask if I wanted it, just rang me out and afterward said he added the warranty to the receipt? (Which I just assumed wasn't an extra charge.) Mind I understand that's what I get for assuming but it was my first time here, so again I would think before just charging somebody for something you'd at least ask or explain. They also said there's a full refund if the part didn't work. So I walked out to my car, tried the part out, it did not work, went back in, and sure they refunded me for the part, but the warranty that they DO NOT refund you on costed me more than the part itelf. The same warranty I was automatically charged for without being asked. Anyway I'm sure others have had better experiences and it was kind of cool going out and picking and pulling your own part but I also wanted to leave this review so others won't make the same mistake I did and just assume they'll explain a warranty charge.

I like this place better than the Belton store. I called 195 P&P about an alt for my SUV. They didn't have one in the yard, but they politely ordered me one that arrived in 2 biz days. And called me when it arrived. I appreciate Shad, Shelby and Kat. All very nice folks!

As far as parts go they had what I needed. But if you don’t have extensive knowledge on cars and parts etc, they talk to you like you’re ignorant. The customers that were nice enough to help me get what I needed were the best part of this experience.

Great place to get a part for your mid-model truck and or car.

The owner is super friendly and smiles every time you come in the door. They are super easy going, the rest of the staff is also very friendly and helpful!

The guys were extremely helpful and friendly. They will point you in the right direction for the parts you need. We'll definitely be back.
