I sold Mr. Ruban my car and I give him all the details before he pick it up at my friend house-and he said he would give me a certain price for the car . Once he pick the car up and took it to his place he change his mind and didn’t keep his word. He’s a liar I give him the title to my vehicle and he said he would mail my tags off to me but he never did and he said he’s not. I kept my word from the beginning but he didn’t. He’s also is not trust worthy, please do not sell him anything because he’s not a good businessman man . Worse experience. Please go somewhere else. This is the worse experience I ever had . If you buy a Gray Hyundai Tucson from him just know. There has been Sugar put in the tank from what Mr. Ruban said the car always run hot and the battery always can’t keep a charge. So please be aware before you buy it. Mr. Ruban will get over on you. Please Run as far as you can . I will not Recommend this place at all. Oh in the price was set in stone from the beginning. And I have witness to cover down for me.

Ruben is so very sweet & makes you feel like family. Works hard, has to put up with a lot and yet still smiles and friendly. Good prices & honest. (You don't find THAT much anymore.) Thanks Ruben for years of service, stay strong.

The owner is also full of themselves. For starters, they're not open till 5:00. "Eh, close enough" is the policy even if you can be in and out in half the time. I was looking for a lap seatbelt that wife could use to teach special needs children. I explain this to the attendant and he sends me to the back. I find what I need, return to him, and ask what I owe. He asks what I think it's worth and I say "maybe a couple bucks". Then he charges me $10 for it. Now it's not like I'm expecting to get it for free or anything. But you'd think it's special needs purpose or the fact that it's a couple ounces of canvas and plastic would fetch a better price. I hate to think what they must charge for things of actual value.
