We had a very unfortunate situation happen today and we needed a tow. One of worst days of our lives and the gentleman working the day shift today (4/2/22) went up and beyond to make our day a little better. Pricing was way better than I thought it would be plus he was able to offload our vehicle in a specific spot it had to be in so it wouldn’t get towed for a violation. I wish I could remember this guys name, he was a younger African American fellow and he was the best tow truck driver I’ve ever encountered. I hope he gets to read this, thanks for towing the black Silverado for us tonight. I don’t see how the reviews are this way, it’s hard to find A++ customer service and this fellow was top notch. Car got towed overnight at an apartment complex..while pulling up to the business my daughter called Leon’s Towing and a woman answered the phone, my daughter asked her questions the lady answered then quickly hung up while my daughter had another question for her (rude)! While at the service window (same woman that apparently answered the phone) served me, had much attitude with me cause I asked her how I’m supposed to get proof of ownership that she wanted, when it’s all in my car behind their gate! I’ve been in a situation like this years ago, but service was very friendly and professional unlike this one, having a vehicle towed without warning is upsetting for the owner already, so if I’m talking to you professionally..whyyyy the attitude!!! It’s the waving of her ratchet long nails and eyes rolling..for me!

We just got a new car after 7pm on Friday and the office was already closed and want be open again until Monday morning to get a permit for our new car. My husband parked the car in the same spot as he did our other car that we had when we first moved in on the same day after the office was closed for the weekend. The parking lot isn't visible marked where you can park. There was no warning sticker at all on the car saying he couldn't park there at all. So it is going to cost us 271 dollars to get the car out. This is a scam to get money from people who live there. Leon was very rude and disrespectful on the phone and hung up on me as well. Don't ever use this company at all.

I got towed in my own parking lot and told i would still have to pay to get my car out. But i will say that after my property manager called them and straightened out the issue i was able to get my car out without charge or hassle.

Easily the most disrespectful and unprofessional staff. Tried to call and ask what was needed to get my car out and was talked down to because you have to make an "appointment" and then they just hung up the phone on me mid sentence. If you can avoid using them then I would definitely recommend that.

They are beyond rude for no reason. I pick up the phone & asked simple questions & got yelled at & told "You're gonna listen to me if you ever want your car back" I've known about this place for at least 5 years. They are definitely rude individuals

I got into a car accident on Fort Hood, they towed my car, while I was getting a CAT scan for my neck in the hospital, then once I get out of the hospital say they don't care what happened to me or that I prove the car is mine. Very disrespectful all staff, charged an insane amount for the tow I hope your people bruise their spinal cord just like I did then need to file a claim. I would also say that EVERY site has given them negative reviews besides parking violations. Like customer service is bad, they also stole from my vehicle while I will be filing a police report shortly about that.Service: Vehicle wrecking

They have a racket going on with apartment complexs.late at night when all the residents are in parking lot is full they Wait till you're not insight hook up your car and zoom out of the complex with it. And im sure one management of the complex was there.I have a lower and I intnd to Sue

Legalized theft. But don't tell them that because they will threaten to keep your vehicle.

I was in a wreck on highway 14 heading home and they literally came to the rescue. 3 kiddos with me, calmed us all down, assessed the damage and got it set up to tow, even made sure we had arrangements to get home safely. Kept me updated on my vehicle while it was at the yard and even let me take photos of the damage the day after. The customer service was beyond amazing and they billed the insurance. I highly recommend them.
