I called in a panic after my car broke down. When I called the phone didn’t even finish the first ring before was answered and they were there picking my car up less than 10 minutes after I got off the phone. Super nice guy, around average cost for a tow if not lower, just called to see if I could have it towed to a shop, was more than willing to schedule a good time and work around my schedule! Yeah, Richard is very nice. He gave me someone's name and number to call to get an immediate tow. I called them and got nothing but the runaround (the driver went to the wrong address and started trying to tow someone else's car, and now the driver won't answer their phone). I called Richard back and was told that he actually had given me the contact info to another business (Bargain Towing) because he was busy. So I tried to text with the Bargain Towing guy about when I could get someone out here, and then I got ignored.So over two hours later, after being told by Richard that he was giving me the number of someone who could come immediately, I still don't have a tow. Would have been really helpful if I was told I was being sent to another company instead of being led to believe I was calling one of Richard's guys. Now I'm having to wait another 45 minutes for a completely different place to come get my car.

A lot of tow companies are rude, or tend to rush through a service. After 9 companies declining to bring fuel, finally Richard from Action towing did come and fixed the issue for me! Thank you! I will definitely use them in the future if I need anything tow related! Service: Fuel delivery

Excellent service. My vehicles rear tires were locked up so a regular tow wouldn't work. Luckily, Action Towing is equipped with state of the art towing capabilities and they were able to lift up my rear tires without dragging the car!
