My sister in law and I were stranded at a weighside last weekend. Precision towing came to our rescue in a timely manner when others had no time for us. The driver John not only picked up our car he drove us to a car rental place out of his way, not just once but twice when the car we were told was waiting wasn't even available. He was the only positive experience we had that day. He went over and above what was expected. He was kind,compassionate, and made us feel safe. They were a great company. They fixed my car and from the dispatcher to the mechanic they were great. And Mark called me twice concerning the repair and letting me know the job was complete. They are truly a 5 star company all the way! John my friend kudos to you!

Yesterday morning 9/3/2024, we needed a tow truck to move our pickup to a garage 5 miles away to be repaired. Precision Towing sent a fine gentleman named John to help us. John was very polite, very professional and helpful with the task at hand. In no more than 20 minutes after he arrived he had the pickup unloaded at the location. We were in a bad accident last Sunday, a car hit and totaled our vehicle. There were four of us in our car, it was late at night, we were stranded on the side of the highway and very shaken. The Precision Towing guys were SO GOOD to us, helped us gather our stuff out of the damaged car, and Mark cleaned out his truck and drove all of us home. It was such a kindness on an awful night and we are so grateful and appreciative. Everyone we dealt with at Precision, the office staff, the staff on the lot were professional and friendly. Mark gave us good advice about navigating a situation we had no experience with. We really appreciated their above and beyond service.

He came quickly and brought me not only back to where the tow yard was but then dropped me off to pick up my rental car, which he did not have to do, I could not believe the five star service from this tow company. It's very rare that you get this type of service especially late at night and as a woman it can be quite frightening but I was in such good hands. The whole crew at Precision is outstanding! I called them asking if they would move my toolbox from work to home and pick up a junk car from my home. They had me scheduled and kept in constant communication. The price was more than reasonable and they took great care of my toolbox bringing it home without a scratch! They towed my car for not having a parking sticker, but what could have been a frustrating experience was made pleasant by the kind ladies at the office. One of the ladies gave me a ride to where my car was. The towing process was smooth and efficient, and the price was fair. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and kindness. They don’t even deserve 1 star. $544 for a tow. Quoted $320 for new battery and install. Charged $501 and still did not work. Towed to our repair place to find out the battery wires were ripped and paid an additional $160 for the repair. Called the owner to try and rectify battery repair costs. But all I got was yelling once I mentioned disputing the charge. I was then threatened he’d come to our home and impound car. Then the excuses started, first was the car came that way and then it was the battery damaged happened because it went into a snow bank. Once I got off the phone, he called back and offered the recording of the 3 calls to validate there was never a lower quote. I looked at my call log and there were 6 calls, no response. Bottom line they don’t care. If they got your car they’re gonna get all they can out of you. Thankfully we have a very trustworthy and honest mechanic. We will never use or recommend Precision Towing again. Im sure the owner will deny and make more excuses but we know the truth and come with receipts. We wished we read the other reviews sooner. There should be laws to stop companies like this from ripping people off or denying access to a car even for medical reasons. Price gouging, very dishonest and disrespectful.

Brandon just towed my car from off the belt line. OMG!! He was very professional and friendly. I was stranded in the Flex lane. During rush hour traffic there was a 4 cars accident and my vehicle was blocking ALL EMERGENCY VEHICLES to get to the accident and Brandon was such a sweetheart to tow my vehicle off the road. Also want to thank Mark the boss of the company for blessing me with a towed free tow of charge!!! Thank you guys so so much!

Very unprofessional and unreliable. Waited for 3 hours. They showed up at the wrong address and instead of calling me...they cancelled my service call. Definitely stay away. Then why did you call us afterwards and say you wouldn't help. AAA called you back and you did not respond. And we were only a few blocks away. We only needed help getting the spare tire out.

I can't thank Precision Towing enough for such wonderful service! In bad weather, Josh & Dakota managed to pull my car out of a very steep enbankment. They towed it to a safe location and looked it over. They waited while I took a quick test drive to make sure it was okay to get back home. Thanks also to Sam who stayed in contact with me and made my safety the top priority. This is an amazing team and they will be the people I call again if needed :)

Car was loaded quicker than the phone call itself took, and my driver made sure I had a warm place to sit in the tow truck until my ride arrived to pick me up from the dealership.
