I took my daughter’s 2021 Kia Forte to Horry County Collision on Monday, September 15, 2025, to get a repair quote and spoke with Bob. He was very thorough and professional. We were quoted $2,390.38, with a possible radiator replacement for an additional $351, bringing the total estimated cost to $2,741.38. Horry County Collision was the third shop we received an estimate from, and their quote was the most reasonable. We scheduled an appointment for Monday, September 29, 2025. We dropped the vehicle off the evening before and left the keys in the drop box. Bob called on Monday to confirm that the radiator did, in fact, need to be replaced. On Monday, October 6, 2025, we received a call that the vehicle was ready. The final cost came to $2,743.86 right in line with the estimate. I highly recommend Horry County Collision for their professionalism, fair pricing, and quality service.
