Can’t say enough good things about this place. The staff is knowledgeable and overly generous with their advice. My Ducati was stolen and trashed, I bought it back from insurance company and decided to repaint myself. They mixed the correct color in spray cans and following their advice ( and YouTube ) I saved $1000 and looks amazing. The staff makes the the place for sure Posting before and after pics.

I am writing to express my concern regarding an issue with a missing product and the customer service I received at your Remount Road location. Over a month ago, I visited your store to purchase paint for one of our work trucks. A very helpful associate assisted me and provided all the items I needed for the project. Unfortunately, when I arrived home later that Saturday, I discovered that the primer was missing from the box. Because the store had already closed for the day, I called on the following Monday and spoke with the same associate. She apologized and assured me that she would put my name in a book so that I could pick up the primer during my next visit. I explained that it might be a while before I returned, and she confirmed that would not be a problem. Today, while purchasing more paint for the same truck, I reminded the associate about the missing primer and our previous conversation. She no longer recalled the incident. She directed me to speak with the manager on duty. After waiting for him to finish assisting another customer, I explained the situation, including the date of my original purchase and the phone call. The manager told me it had been over a month and implied nothing could be done. I reiterated that I had been told it would be fine to pick it up later and that I would not have driven 30 minutes out of my way over a $35 can of primer without reason. Eventually, after a tense exchange, the manager handed me a can of primer but did so in a dismissive manner. The customer service I experienced during this visit was far below the standard I expect, especially compared to the excellent service I initially received. I was also disappointed that the manager did not identify himself by name. I am bringing this to your attention so that you’re aware of how your staff handled the situation and so that other customers don’t encounter similar issues. I appreciate you taking the time to review my experience and consider how communication and record-keeping might be improved in the future.
