I was a patient there proud to say I just celebrated 3 years of sobriety. They really do try their best here, they have a full schedule to keep you busy, pastor John’s words still stick with me! The facility is a nice campus, I never felt unsafe there. The detox staff are amazing people! I was going through a lot during that phase and they were very understanding and helpful. They accommodated me the best way they could to keep me comfortable. I still remember the one aids name, Allie. When people help you during a hard time it’s people like that who keep you going! If you’re looking to get sober this is a good structured place to start!

Love one of mine was just at this place Cove Forge. They where treat horrible, they stuff wouldn't let them call me. I didn't receive any updates on them, I am there emergency contact. I didn't get a phone call from them when the took my loved one to the hospital until I called them as asked how they were doing. I was told by my loved one that the staff was gaslighting them. This place waited until my family member said they need to go to the hospital before sendding them and the staff couldn't see they needed medical treatment. My family member was told by the councillor Andrew that he was faking having a medical emergency. Then they told my family member to walk to the hospital while there where badly shaking and could barely walk. These people are so unprofessional.

My husband is here and I have not talked to him ? this is insane reading all these reviews and not talking to him is making things worse! family deaths an I can't even let him know cause no one wants to relay messages!!! Crazy no updates from his counselor or nothing..people do have children to that miss there loved ones in there a time limit to speak to their children an loved ones is bizarre!!! Wonder why people hook up in these places cause you hold them hostage and make them go insane and not speak to their loved one clearly!
