They're always fair. Alex has always been extremely professional, kind, and efficient. He's very helpful in answering all of my many questions I throw at him throughout every visit to the scrap yard. The staff has always been nice and also knowledgeable with every question I've asked. They're also extremely quick and I've never had to spend more than 30 minutes from start to finish. I definitely recommend this place.
