Well, called cotton salvage around 1pm about my door handle. He said he had an expedition and that there was someone at the yard, I could go up there and get it if I had the tools to get it off. So, we drive from Stillwater to Ponca… get there… and it’s closed. We call several times… no answer. So I go to my dad’s. About an hour later, he returns my call and says that they closed early because of the heat. Ok, that’s great… I just drove from Stillwater because you said it was open… He has someone meet us there about another hour later… So, we get it off and he says he wants $25 … TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS, … for a USED part that’s broke, but will work for what I need… that we had to take off ourselves… a part that I can get brand new for that or LESS… I said really? $25? He says is there a problem with that.. yea… could have got it for $15 in Cushing or $25 new… he said “well go to Cushing then.” Alright, I will.
