Avoid this company like the plague—they tried to charge me over 2000 for recovery of a little jump drive. This was outside of the original quote that was provided prior to me shipping to them. When I exclaimed, “what!” Out of disappointment. Chase told me that he was reviewing all of the options with me and he wasn’t done yet. That was just the standard option. I told him that was way outside the original quote and I felt like I was being taken advantage of and to start with the cheapest option first. And then he said you know this is the only option for you and we will charge you to ship your product back.
