Everything is great tell there's a problem with the vehicle, great service tell you drive away, I came from a little over 2 hours away to purchase a truck and brought my dad to drive the vehicle we drove there back, we'll we ended buying a second truck also, so everything was great the day i purchased both trucks, so truck #1 2017 silverado that I went there for had a complete transmission failure after just 30 days, I was told the warranty they sold me was there (best) no deductible / out of pocket and that is completely not true, i even ask Joan so if the motor or transmission was to blow up i wouldn't be out of pocket and he responded with that smile correct, so basically 30 days after purchasing truck and it was at the shop im told by warranty company I will be out of pocket several thousand to fix or they can provide remanufactured transmission and pay the shop for labor, also the rear main seal and oil pan gasket had to be replaced on top of other things that are in need of repair but warranty company wouldn't cover, so I had a hard time getting responses from owner and joan through there cell phones and same contact # we spoken on from day one, finally one evening Joan calls me and we kinda go over everything and the fact it was right before Christmas and I just bought both trucks and needed to tag and title both trucks, we'll Joan says lets get your transmission fix and get you back on the road and will go from there on the other things that are wrong, he told me to find out the total price for transmission after warranty and he would get with owners and owners were aware of problems before this conversation, we'll fast forward some time and now there ghosting me and not willing to stand behind Joan words and who they claim to be, so I wasn't left with much choice being right before Christmas, just purchasing both trucks and having to tag them, once I realized they were not the people they claimed to be I went with the only option to get the truck back on the road and let the warranty company send transmission, so a couple weeks later the transmission is there and the truck is ready, I pick up truck and later noticed on invoice from dealership that this transmission was used with and i look under truck to a transmission with a shifty paint job and not remanufactured as stated, nothing i could do so at that point I went on with life tell 5 days later this transmission goes out, so I called Buy wright directly and spoke with one of the ladies and told her the complete situation and asked if I could get a complete copy of my warranty terms because this wasn't the warranty i bought, atleast that's not how Joan broke the warranty down to me, I couldn't find a single shop to repair truck for the amount the warranty company said they could pay out to fix and im saying $2000 and up difference so she tells me she will have Joan call me ASAP so that I could get any documents and to correct issues, we'll no phone call, I bought this truck oct 20th 2025 drove for 30 days, got truck back about 6 weeks later drove for several days tell 2nd transmission failure and now ??? I never wanted to leave this review and this is why i don't leave reviews right after buying something, im not going to sit here and tell you not to buy from them, but if something fails all that talk of they got your back and pretend you will be treated like family is just talk, how about this all I ever wanted after driving hours to give them my business was for them to just stand behind there word.
