Had a great experience at Firestone! Stephen and the rest of the staff there are professional, friendly and extremely helpful. It’s clear they care about customer satisfaction and quality workmanship. What can I say?! I called at 7:01 AM about getting a new tire as I hit a massive RI pothole the night before and had to catch a flight at 9. Jeff answered the phone, was courteous and told me to come right in and that they could take care of me. I was there a few minutes later and Matt grabbed my car and started on it right away. Not long after, I was on my way and was able to catch my flight. This was my first visit to Firestone and they far exceeded all expectations! Price was reasonable, service great, very happy!! Thanks, Jeff and Matt...you made my day!

New Tires were put on, Balanced and Front End Alignment. Tito did a great job; the car rides down the road straight again!!! Happy with that and with the work done. Steve and Jeff at the front desk were easy to talk to, kept me informed, explained the reason for the time and are well suited to dealing with people and vehicle problems! Steve, Jeff and Tito were all very nice and appreciated! Thank You!!! Pleased with the work done and would recommend them to others.
