I am from out of state needing some help to put a few cars on a long distance transport, along the way he was flexible and maintained open communication during the whole scheduling process which was constantly changing. Then when the day came I saw right away his level of knowledge in understanding what needed to be done to move the cars and wish there was some way I could utilize him for the long distance haul as well.

I couldn't ask for better. Motorcycle towing is not easy to get in this area, and after spending 8 HOURS calling and calling and waiting for AAA to get someone to show up-- let alone keep me informed, on the 7th phone call and the end of my rope, someone finally reached out to Precision... Precision promised to arrive at 6am. And-- they did!!! Patrick, the owner, arrived. Along with being prompt-- he was a true professional. Careful, capable, courteous, and a good communicator.
