U-haul quotes are very expensive and U-haul vehicles need maintenance because the AC doesn't work in most U-haul vehicles. U-haul quotes from east orange NJ to north port fl is almost $3000 for a 15ft so this is a crime. After dropping off their vehicles so they usually charged extra fees from your cards, it's insane ?. U-haul need to do better with their services

This was the worst experience i have ever had with U haul. I moved my stuff from NJ to ATL, which costs around 2k. I did not mind paying that price, but no one warned me the roof leaked every time it rained or that there were 3 separate ant infestations. My wife and I got rained on throughout the drive and had to deal with ants crawling everywhere. On top of that all of our stuff had ants in it and have been dealing with those in our house now.

Service is not at all good. They have charged extra amount from my card and when I called customer service, call went on hold or waiting list for 20 minutes. Even though, they didn’t clarify why they charged and my questions are unanswered. Don’t choose this store for U-Haul.
