I recently had a very disappointing experience at Staples in Clifton. I went to the store for a pickup order, and the girl at the front was very rude. Instead of helping me, she said she would call the manager and left me waiting. I waited about 20–25 minutes, but the manager never came. When the manager finally came out to help another customer, he completely ignored me. I politely said “excuse me” 5–6 times, but he continued to ignore me and then went to the bathroom without acknowledging me. After waiting nearly 25–30 minutes, a different employee from the printing department helped me. He was very kind, professional, and resolved my issue quickly. I truly appreciate his help. Overall, the customer service from the front desk employee and the manager was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I hope the store takes this feedback seriously and improves its management and front-end customer service.

I came to this Staples around 7:00 PM to print 120 photos, and the experience was excellent. Even though it was already evening, the manager and the team in charge of the printing area were extremely helpful, patient, and efficient. They assisted me throughout the entire process, answered all my questions, and made sure everything turned out perfectly. It’s great to find a team with such a positive attitude and professionalism. I was very satisfied with the results and would definitely come back to this Staples for future printing projects. If you need photo printing or any printing services, I highly recommend this Staples.

I come to this Staples regularly for printed paper orders, and I always choose pickup. Every single time, Mike D. helped me out and made sure my prints come out exactly how I wanted. He’s incredibly nice, professional, and really takes the time to get the details right. Highly recommend!
