Unprofessional and Dishonest Shipping Practices I recently tried to buy a sunroof glass from OK Auto Parts. I had no issue with the price of the glass itself — it was the listed price. The real problem was the shipping. The salesman was extremely rude and refused to use my FedEx account number for shipping, even after I provided it. Instead, he insisted on handling the shipping himself and tried to charge me nearly 300% more than the actual cost. That’s unacceptable. I won’t do business with a company that operates like this — dishonest and totally unprofessional.
