Customer Service was on point. Maddie helped me look into a replacement rim for my son's vehicle. They didn't have it but she sourced one that didn't meet my immediate needs. Maddie was so pleasant and helpful which isnt typical with today's Customer service. I needed another item and I purchased it immediately from Chucks just because the customer service was great. Thats my experience. Ill try Chucks first now just because my business was appreciated and I felt valued as a cuatomer.

Great experience at Chuck’s Auto Parts Solutions. I drove all the way from Queens, NY, and the trip was worth it. The staff greeted me right away and got straight to work helping me find what I needed. Everyone there was friendly, professional, and clearly knew their stuff. What impressed me most was how fast and organized they were. There was no waiting around or confusion. They pulled the part, confirmed it was the right fit, and had me checked out in under 10 minutes. You can tell they take their work seriously and respect their customers’ time.
