Huge thank you to Zore’s for getting a driver out to me so quickly during morning rush hour in the snow after I hit a chuckhole on the interstate and blew a tire. My driver, Jeremy was kind, professional, and incredibly reassuring in a stressful situation — he truly turned a rough start to my day into one I’m grateful for by getting me and my car home safely.

Posting this for an old review. I had just moved into my new apartment and they were redoing the pavement. I didn't know about it so my car got towed literally the first day that I moved in. My apartment ended up refunding me, but I was towed and went to pick up my car, I had some form of white lines from what I'm assuming is a chain/straps that rubbed my tires all the way to the plastic on the Back or side of my car. It was literally a perfect line across to both of my tires that lined up with the Scratches along the back end of my car. So, my tires hadn't moved since I got the mark on my car. I had the lady come out from the front desk or office. And then she proceeded to tell me that the damage to my car was there when they moved it. She said that they had taken pictures of it before they moved it and when I asked to see the picture, she wouldn't show me them and then she gave me A card and said that a manager would be reaching out to me and they never did. I'm usually not someone that speaks up, And I'm definitely not someone that leaves a bad review but I'm disappointed because I was a 20-year-old that this company took advantage of.
