Came in this morning to purchase a seat belt buckle. Called ahead and was told it was in stock. Drove 20 minutes to pick it up. Upon arriving, i was greeted by the only counter sales lady there at the time. She was very friendly and eager to help, but the rest could seem to care less. A mechanic or parts puller was asked to grab the requested part from the lot and “THEY WILL JUST HAVE TO WAIT A DAMN MINUTE” was said as the employee grabbed the paper from her hand. Ok. Its 9am. I get it. People still waking up. But it gets better. I offer to pay but nobody was available to pay for the seat belt buckle. I told the lady i would go get breakfast and come back. I get back from breakfast. Still no other employees, and i could tell how frustrated she was. She said “i have some news, the seat belt buckle was sold with some other parts the other day.” I just wasted an hour at this point. Was told “safe travels” in a kind way before i left. -Your front counter employees NEED HELP. The poor gal was doing everything on her own. -Your parts pullers need better attitudes in front of customers -your inventory needs to be audited. To not know parts are missing etc is absurd. Especially when someone travels after confirming you “have it”. Do better.

Sold me a 2016 Dodge Challenger V6 engine with less than 35k miles. All the lifters were bad, the thermostat sensor was dead, and it leaks oil. Their website claims 100% guarantee. Since it was handled through insurance I was given no paperwork for the engine. Called the store and they said its only a 90 day warranty. The insurance claim alone was 5 months. Do NOT trust any part from this location.

Drove forty miles to get a drive shaft for a vehicle set there for thirty five or forty minutes.Waiting on to get me the part.And then I have to ask him for the part, and then they tell me, oh, it was catalog grown.We don't have that part.The closest one I got is in texas.And it's a lot higher.I wouldn't buy anything else from a to z.Auto parts.
