If you want knowledgeable people who know what they are talking about and will get you the correct parts, this is the place. If you are sick of big corporate run part stores, staffed with minimum wage, minimum experienced sales associates, Stilson Rd Auto Parts is you store. I have other options in the area, but I always go to Stilson Rd, Auto. If they don't have a part, they will get it, sometimes that very day. Their prices are competitive and normally lower than the other big chain store in town. You will be treated like a neighbor, not a number. Small town shop, that still prides themselves in small town service and friendliness. I'll continue to support the small guy, because they are by far the best in the area, by a long shot.

I called this car quest after going to 3 other stores looking for diesel 911 because the fuel in my truck was gelled. The man I spoke to said he had 2 bottles even though everyone else was out. I asked if he could hold them for me being it was such a hot item right now. It was already closing time which I didn’t know but he said he would put them aside. I got there 40 minutes after closing time and he was there holding the bottles for me. Unfortunately I didn’t think of it until I was heading home but I would’ve given him the $15 change I got back as a thank you. Couldn’t be happier with my visit.
