Just called to request a part because I’m not able to do so on their website. When I told him I was calling to inquire about a part, he asked what it was. When I told him, his immediate reply was “I don’t think you’re going to find a part by just calling around places.” I live an hour from this place but was willing to drive until that phone call. So I hung up. 0/5 customer service.

Very friendly staff! I was a little apprehensive being a woman and selling my beloved (but very dead) car for parts. The staff and the owner never talked down to me or made me feel like I was less than a customer. They were upfront about why they paid what they did and I feel that I got a good deal.
