I drove 2 hrs from NYC and it was worth every mile. When you call Ask for TOMMY, he went beyond and above to help me get transmission and transfer case for my Mercedes. All the parts match description and serial numbers. Here no monkey business allowed, but only real people with real parts.. they store everything in warehouse so all the mechanical parts stay in good condition and lubricated and ready to be installed. Def I would do business with them again.

We've used Ding's for years, but Rich B over there is especially helpful. He asks all the right questions to make sure you're getting exactly what the vehicle needs. Just recently he's helped me out a good bit sourcing parts I can't find. If there's an issue with a part that was delivered, they're pretty quick about finding something to swap it out. On top of all that, Rich is really easy to talk to; plenty of other places you can tell the person on the other end of line really just doesn't want to be there.
