Bought a part over the phone on Monday. Told him I had one day to pick it up Thursday as I’d be in the area for work. They had many days to notify me of any issues. 2 hours after I paid, the order was canceled due to an unknown reason (which I only learned by calling them and waiting on hold for 20 minutes) and they never let me know. I drove 2 hours to pick up the part for an order that no longer existed. Terrible, terrible service on the phone, put on hold for 10 minutes at a time and zero help. Now I am trying to get the refund back but again, no help, clueless. Listen to the reviews that said to not do business with this company.

I've only been there once so i won't give it five stars but when i went in for an alternator it was reasonably priced and they were able to pull it for me within the 3 hours that i told them i'd make it in after work. I even had to exchange the part because it was something else in my car that wasnt working and they exchanged it with only a $10 restocking fee. I was satisfied and will go there the next time i am in need of a part.
