I contacted Porchtown Recyclers and was given a price that was agreed to, at that time I was told over txt message to send my ID, title to the vehicle and the address for theTow truck. I complied I was told the next day or would be picked up and I agreed. Not one phone call or txt message was returned until the end of the day stating that the tow truck driver had been repeatedly calling me and I would not answer. I responded with my phone call log showing I have not received a phone call for 4 days on this phone number the same phone number he was texting me on so I know he had the correct number. after my response to his one and only message of the day I have not heard from him since. I let him know. I was going to every review platform to let people know how this business is run and how they treat perspective customers. I was hoping for an easy transaction like he made it seem it would be. Unfortunately that’s not how this story ends. I am still in possession of the car they were supposed to pick up and the money that was promised so if you were looking at this review to wonder if you should use this company, I would consider this warning you may be next left with high hopes and being let down

Very unprofessional and rude people here. They tried to take advantage of my daughter when she needed to get rid of a junk and got extremely upset when they were called out on it. Don't even deserve a one star review
