I've had MANY years of POSITIVE experiences with QUALITY AUTO. (since around 1999 ) If you're needing a great, HONEST, caring, COMPETENT towing company (either your Fleet of Vehicles or just your Personal Vehicle, then call the guys at Quality Auto! If you're needing more info on them, then this IS WORTH READING: I'm not giving them a great review based just on just 2 or 3 great experiences, instead I've lived in Sarpy County for 26 years (previously in Douglas Co,) I am a professional driver now, but most of my dealings with QUALITY AUTO were as a private family with teen drivers. All that to say; I truly don't think you could find a better towing company than QUALITY AUTO ! Their competence drivers & fleet of tow trucks CAN TOW virtually EVERYTHING from a SEMI or cement truck -to- any car or truck, WITH true professionalism AND care!! If you want examples, I could give you lots of them, just ask! They may be a big towing company but they still somehow care about each individual coustmer, yes really ;-) QUALITY AUTO - Rod, Vern, Brad, - put in so MUCH TIME and EFFORT helping my young son find good, yet less expensive, salvage parts to get his junker pickup back on the road. These guys at QUALITY AUTO actually CARE about my FAMILY and my KIDS SAFETY and need for budget-friendly help. When our kids were high-school drivers, we had 3 "very needy" old vehicles, plus 2 newer ones. (I remember when QUALITY AUTO towed our vehicles to their shop FOUR times in 1 month - Rod gave us a "quantity discount" (Pretty sure Rod & Brad came up with that on the spot for us ;-) LOL. Even if you have to call a towing service, and the tow truck company KNOWS it was your stupidity that caused the need, and he's STILL WANTS to HELP YOU out of a hard situation, then you know you have something rare. QUALITY AUTO (guys like Rod, Brad, Vern, etc) are an exceptional and RARE find. Anyway, All that to say, (both as an individual & now driving professionally with a fleet of vehicles) I've dealt with MANY towing companies this area, (and we do have some good ones in the Omaha area) yet, HANDS DOWN QUALITY AUTO is THE BEST! Ya, maybe you able find someone cheaper, BUT if your vehicle gets damaged by the cheaper tow truck driver, then you will regret you didn't call Quality Auto. Even with rising costs of gas and parts, Quality Auto still carries excellent insurance on YOUR car during towing. As I re-read this, it sounds too good to be true, (in a way that's sad because we don't experience many companies like this) so if you want to verify this info, I am very happy to talk to you personally (& might even be able to give you a bunch of receipts), to help verify QUALITY AUTO's integrity and kindness. Fast service @ 7:30 AM ! Son was stopped on interstate off of 84th street, ( yes blocking traffic) called about 6 other tow trucks and either don’t have a driver or they were unavailable. Quality Towing was fast and Gentle man was polite. If I need a tow again I will definitely use Quality towing.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. This company is amazing..needed a tow they said 30 to 45 minutes. He was there in less than 20! STEVEN is absolutely amazing..treated me with respect and honesty.. I highly recommend Quality Towing and especially Steven
