Highly recommend John’s Automotive. They quickly and honestly identified the real cause of a noise issue that another shop completely missed. After recent maintenance at Firestone, including replacing all four tires, I started hearing unusual noise from my car. Firestone told me that my rear shock absorbers were “completely broken” and needed to be replaced. I brought the car to John’s Automotive for a second opinion, and they took the time to thoroughly inspect everything. They found that the noise was actually caused by one of the newly replaced tires being completely flat—not the shocks at all. They also checked the rear shock absorbers and confirmed they were in good condition and only needed a minor adjustment, saving me at least $2000. Professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy service. Even I live in Jersey City it takes me 30+min drive there, I will definitely be coming back and recommend to my friends.

I've gone to John's Automotive twice for body repair and both times they delivered excellent work, fast, and at a fair price. The most recent work involved damage to the front right bumper of a Prius. I got a quote from a Toyota dealer (I happened to be there for another reason) and, unsurprisingly, the quote they gave me was nearly 7 times what John charged, and included replacing an $800 part that didn't need replacing. You can trust John not to do that dishonest trick. I recommend him 100%. Before and after photos attached.

I recently damaged the fender of my Audi A7. I took it to John’s Automotive, and I must say, their service was outstanding. They skillfully replaced fender, repaired the bumper and hood, and did a fantastic paint job. All in just 2 days. My car now looks brand new. Their attention to detail was also remarkable. They not only washed my car but also did a thorough interior cleaning. They even reattached the original ‘Supercharged’ emblem on the fender before I got my car back. The pricing was very reasonable, and they also helped me do a free tire rotation. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the quality of repair and the level of service. Thank you!
