Horrible experience! They claimed they would pay top dollar for my vehicle, but that was not the case. I chose to work with them just to get rid of the car. The vehicle pickup was scheduled between 8am and 5pm, but I had to call because I heard nothing, and the car was only picked up at 8:30pm. The next day, I went to the bank with the check, only to be told that Bank of America, their bank, could not cash it because the check was not clear. Despite handing over the car, title, and keys, I had to wait to cash the check. Once it finally cleared, I went back to the bank, and Bank of America’s “cars for cash” branch charged me an additional $8. Never again.

This is my second time selling a car to cash for cars both times the experience was perfect. They gave me a very fair price. They were out the same day to pick up the vehicle and give me my money. I would highly recommend using cash for cars if you’re getting rid of a vehicle, you don’t want no more.

They helped me with the paperwork I needed. They offered me a good price. I'll admit they were the second highest offer I got but the service made the difference. They came picked up the car and handed over the check at the same time.
