Tow company is crooked. Asked to speak with a manager and the woman never transferred me. My vehicle was involved in an accident and TPD called to have them come out to tow. I was a mile down the road from my destination and the driver informed me in order to take it that far I would need pay $300. Call to check on total cost to receive my vehicle the next day and the tow yard informed me it was $190. In order to get it back to me and where I needed it I would need to pay an additional $100 hook up fee. To get it towed back to dfw it’s $3.50 per mile. Now today she informed me it’s $4.50 a mile plus and extra $122 hook up fee. Man yall beware before using this company. They are scamming and nobody knows what they’re suppose to be charging customers. This is worse than going into the donut shops. They’ll back up wrong information so they won’t have to correct all the misleading information provided by their drivers!
