Corey has professionalism and customer service narrowed down to the t. I hit a nasty pothole on the 405 exit 23A on the way to work, and my car unfortunately came with the “Fix-a-flat” package and no spare tire. He let me know that there wasn’t a tow available to tow the car off the 405 let my know what my options were. As I was waiting for my wife to come pick me up and a State Patrol to come by to help us get off the shoulder and in a safer place Corey beat State troopers to assist me and get the car off the road and in a business parking lot. That is above and beyond customer service, and a person that genuinely cares about the safety of others and their customers. We then scheduled a time for pick up and figured out the rest of the logistics. David was the tow truck driver and kept me updated on him running a little behind (shout out 405 morning traffic). Met him at the location and he had a speedy unload. I can’t recommend this towing and roadside assistance enough. I’ve worked in customer service industry (IT) for 10+ years and I am amazed by the professionalism and pride they have in their work.

Corey is the man, called in to request a tow. Handled a customer and gave us a quote at the same time. Was there within the hour, delivered in a timely manner. Got my Baby home safe and secure. I had such a great experience with AK Towing! I got a flat tire late at night and called a few towing companies — they were the first to respond and immediately put me at ease. Corey was kind and thoughtful, checking to make sure I was safe while arranging help. Within an hour, Ivan arrived and was just as professional and friendly.
