No one ever wants to need auto body repair services, but if you do, Crash Champions in Kirkland is the way to go. Roberto, Tina, and the crew are professional, fair, and pleasant. They made the follow-up to an unpleasant experience as easy, comfortable, and timely as possible. They do great work. Highly recommend.

Except for the fact that I had to have my car repaired, everything from the drop off, where one of their guys walked around my car and gave me the potential repairs that might be needed and estimated the length of time needed to fix it, to the daily updates of being on track for it to be completed, was great. Bonus points for finishing a day early! When I went to pick it up, another gentleman walked me around the car for my final inspection, explaining what they did. The repair was perfect and I couldn’t even see where the damage had been! An added bonus was that they interacted directly with my insurance company , paperwork and all.

First time I've used a collision center. Juanita collision center were outstanding. Brought my car in for a quote. I had a full quote within 10 min. The quote was explained to me. Things they recommend I get fixed and those that could wait. They did a fantastic job. The paintwork looks great. Fast communications via email. Didnt have to wait more than an hour for a response during working hours. They were very accommodating about when I can collect my car, due to a business trip I had.
