I would go to a different service dealership than the one at kirkland. I brought my CPO Mazda for warranty service and what was supposed to be a week repair turned into a month and a week to repair. Spoiler alert, they didn't fix anything, all the same issues are there. Johnny was my service manager and he did not communicate any updates. I called weekly to see what was going on as the service manager kept pushing back the date. Each time it was for a different piece. Despite his promise to get back to me, he didn't keep his word and ignored me again and again. I was fed up with the indifference. My 1st sergeant had a great saying, "don't piss on me and tell me it's raining." It definitely wasn't the rain at Lee Johnson. You would think the technician would test the car to see if the issues were resolved, but no-- it feels even worse now. If this were my business, I would be appalled. This experience was an absolute ZERO.

Did my first car maintenance trip by my own. I wasn’t sure what I should do and what I was talking about, but Nick was super friendly and helpful. Also got my car noise fixed. Waiting area was clean and quiet. Super stable WiFi - no problem working while waiting. Overall, great experience.

I brought my Miata ND3 RF Club MT with 750 miles here to change oil after break in period.<br><br>While I specifically asked for the high moly oil, some hiccup happened and bulk 0W20 was used (Q50W20) instead and I only realized when I got home. While that oil is manufactured approved, the MX 5 is picky and it wants the high moly oil so the engine is noticeably noisier.<br><br>I reached out and Matt (the service manager) was very prompt and understanding and resolved the issue for me free of charge even though the high moly oil is considerably more expensive. Such a pleasant experience! 10/10 would come back!
