The experience with the Rude woman at the front desk was disturbing!!!! That person got in my wife's face. This was right after our Son just got into a accident. The Fountains garage was called by the state police for the tow. This person is NOT a people person. She has Absolutely No Compassion towards individuals that are going through a tough time!!! I feel very bad for the owner. You are losing business as a garage because of Her. I will NEVER allow our Vehicle's to be Towed here again!!!! When I asked who the owner was She told a customer it was None of my business

I was in a accident not at fault but I went to retrieve my belongings she told me I had to pay the car fee and that’s it’s illegal then she called the cops on me of course cause I stud my ground but at the end I ended up getting my belongings without paying the receptionist is really rude and she should not be working there if she doesn’t like her job or she just doesn’t know how to be nice

Was told to go here for DMV registration services upon arrival. Was told that there is a $250 convenience fee to register my vehicle when West Haven Auto sales a few minutes down the road does not charge any extra fees. People inside. Very polite and respectful and got us in and out within 20 minutes without an appointment and without charging an extra $250 would not recommend using this garage to do registration fees. Do not know what their other pricing is situated like
