I am the facilities manager with Oliver Gospel Mission and we purchased some container for storage. American towing was contracted by our supplier to deliver and place them. I could not have picked a better company. From the very first contact I knew this would be a great experience. Melissa has to be the most personable, professional, and caring individual. She is everything you would want in customer service. She listened and gave her advice and when she was unsure was honest and said she’d find out. She called me back exactly when she said she would and got us set up and scheduled for delivery. It didn’t end there though Wes showed up on the day of the delivery. He was later than scheduled but at no fault to him and he kept me informed the entire time, which allowed me to take care of other things and not have to sit and wait. This man knows his stuff. Easy going, easy to talk to, and in spite of my ignorance was able to guide me in a better placement than what I was going to do originally. You can tell this man takes pride in his work too. He didn’t just dump and run. He took his time and made sure they were place properly. And my type A OCD personality was satisfied bc Wes, without any instruction to do so, made sure they were placed symmetrically and even. I can’t speak for anyone else there but I’m telling you if you want a seamless, worry free experience then go with American towing and ask for Melissa and Wes! God Bless!

I had to have my car towed after hours on Friday to the dealership for service Saturday. They gave me a very fair price and the driver Dennis White was super nice kept me informed on eta because he was very busy, arrived and took great care loading and securing vehicle .I was told by the dealership he followed all procedures to the letter. Awesome couldn't ask for more Highly R

Omg I cannot praise American Towing Service ENOUGH ‼ They informed of any and everything pertaining to my vehicle, even if they had an unforseen emergency and was running behind. Melissa, is OUTTA THIS WORLD ‼You can literally hear the smile in her voice when you speak with her. I had a little tif with the insurance company handling the bill and she immediately calmed my nerves and took care of everything for me. I assure you, if you want good wholesome and genuine professionalism.....hit up Melissa, Alex and Wes....they'll get you right EVERYTIME‼
