Very reasonable prices for services they provide, I was quoted 250.00 from another company in Columbia and waited over 2 hours they didn’t show up, called Absolute their driver arrived within 45 minutes and only charged me $150.00. The other folks bashing this company had their car impounded from not following rules period. It doesn’t matter if you live in the apartment complex or not you must have a visible decal in your window and valid tags if not your car will be towed at their request. Thanks Absolute for helping us out in on time of needs.

These people are rip offs. They towed my car while I was at work because someone that they knew called them and told them to tow my car while I was at work. My company even tried to get my car back and they said they only took cash to release it but I could wait until the next day but it would be a extra $40 dollars for storage and they knew I was at work.

Only takes cash so if you don’t have 175 in cash laying around the that’s too bad. Customer service is awful. To all the landlords out there: use these guys if you want your residents to move out. Pretty angry that my apartment chose such awful people to handle towing.
