Had a horrible experience today at auto zone when a manager refused to touch the used rotors and brakes that I brought in a bag. He made me get them out and lay them on top of the rotor to see if they matched. He then said to get the brakes out. I asked if he was afraid of getting dirty and he said yes that he didn’t want to get dirty and was trying to live longer. This is a store manager!!!! Never has that happened anywhere. He told me my total and I picked up my cell and called your elm grove store. Dylan told me he would have everything ready and I said I would be over. I left the stuff on the counter walked out and went to your store. Dylan and another employee (sorry name is on back of receipt and I don’t have it handy) not only got in my dirty car part bag to make sure they matched but they also carried the product to my car. I returned a little later to buy a bulb for my fog light. They also told me they would beat auto zone price so I will return. The good service will make me return. Thanks again guys for not only making my shopping experience a good one but making me feel better after a bad experience. The parts fit great.

By far, some of the friendliest employees that I have met that work for this company! I definitely want to give a shoutout to Zechariah, who assisted me with putting new wiper blades on my vehicle and also assisted with checking on an LED bulb that seems to have shorted out. He was friendly, efficient and effective and I appreciate his outstanding Customer Service skills! I will definitely be coming back to this location if I have any other issues.

Came into Advance this morning (1.19.26), looking for a device to start my dead battery. Your young man was extremely helpful in my search, even showing me exactly how to use the booster. I took it home and failed to work. I returned the device and your associate recommended another device and made the transaction very satisfactory. Got home, watched a video on YouTube, tried it on my classic ‘12 Ford Escape. Less than a minute after setting everything up, my battery started like it was new. Thanks fellas! You made this old man very happy, especially since we’re in the midst of this cold snap in Wheeling! I purchased a tire inflator a few months ago from you all and now this battery charger. I am very pleased at all of your help and can guarantee that I’ll be back for any of my car needs.
