I have had the pleasure of Last Chance for towing a few different occasions. They are always accommodating, friendly, and punctual. I have a larger one ton service vehicle. Many other places charge a premium once they see it’s a company vehicle and not privately owned. LCW does not. They are an outstanding company to do business with. 10/10 highly recommend!

very rude & demanding. refused to let me get my belongings. you have to set an appointment to GET YOUR STUFF. very ego driven behavior from all staff. all they care about is power & money. no type of respect or simple understanding. very disgusting!

The worst of the worst. Predatory towing at its best. They have exclusive contracts with the City of Indianapolis and impd so they pretty much do whatever they want. City tagged my vehicle as abandoned for a flat tire. City code calls for 72-hour notice to be given and they were here in under 36 hours trying to tow it. There's very little you can do to try and fight against it. Modern-day pirates. They will take your stuff and hold it Ransom until you pay them and if you don't have the money then they just get the profit off selling your car. Companies like this are the reason Indianapolis has one of the highest predatory towing rates in the country.
