Made a classic mistake and bit off more than my vehicle could chew while driving some trails in the NJ Pine Barrens, got stuck in a mud hole. Called this service and they promptly called back and around an hour later were handling the extraction. Jason and his dad were exceptionally pleasant and efficient and the price all things considered was quite reasonable. I hope to never need them again lol but if you do, highly recommended

Called for a tow service and wad told it was a 2 hour wait. I wad less then a mile from my home so I was just going to go home, so no biggie about the wait. But what really aggravated me was being told it was going to cost me $120 because they were not in the area and there busy. Now keep in mind, there a local shop. To tell the customer that they are going to "pay the price", so to speak, is really not very business wise nor professional.

They were really rude and somehow new they didn't have my car even though they were towing that night...and by the way...he didn't know what kind of car it was. I called....he answered....I asked if he had towe-....... he stopper me and said...we don't have your car sir....and hung up...
