Never personally had a towing done by them, but the staff is incredibly professional and helpful; they did all they could to help a friend of the family find their car and gave me clear, precise instructions on what to do beforehand. Plus, given their rates, I'd be glad to give them a call if I ever break down on the side of the road.

Thank you for the great service! Had a slight pick up schedule delay but understandable/you were super busy and I was properly notified that the driver would be a little behind, so no issues there. Driver was friendly, professional and delivered my vehicle in good order. Pricing was fair & straightforward, no hidden/surprise fees, very happy with your service, hope I won't need yall too soon but if I do, I'll be calling you.

What a horrific experience! I waited on a tow truck for over 3 hours before I ultimately cancelled them. Around noon on a Saturday, the dispatcher had the supposed tow lined up because my car had a flat tire. I was going to meet them at the tire store. 2 hours later, I got a text from the driver stating, he would arrive in 5 minutes. After 30 mins, I called the dispatcher back and politely asked what was the hold up? She claimed the Highway Patrol needed the driver and I would be next in line. At that point I already had 3 hours invested in the wait and told them to shove it. The tire store is closed now… I would not recommend this POS company to my worst enemy.
