Waited almost an hour after open to get my car out of the lot. Multiple employees stated that the front desk or the boss would arrive in a couple minutes after open but ended up having to pay cash close to the amount I owed to an employee. I appreciate the employee who did that and would love for give 5 stars for employee friendliness. But I am going to give it a 3 overall as it is unacceptable to not be ready for paying and releasing vehicles at opening business hours. For Shepherd University commuters, Park legally and safely or you may have to deal with a potentially lengthy process.

I ran out of gas on the side of the highway. Called and asked for a quote to tow me 1.5 miles. The price given was more than fair and acceptable. Gave them my location and the dispatcher said he'd start a truck. 30 minutes, the truck arrives. The driver was professional and very upfront. He went and brought me gas. Being on the side of the highway, he did not want to be messing around with securing my vehicle for transport. I do not blame hime one bit at all for that decision. 45 minutes from my initial call, I was back on the road. Thank you Minnick's for the prompt and professional service. Huge shout out to Brian his dad and crew at Minnicks Towing and Recovery! After a flat rear tire on motorcycle in Harpers Ferry, I called AAA. 1.5hrs later they dropped my call stating no one in area was available to tow a motorcycle. Called nearby Minnicks directly they were out fast and promptly to tow me back to my house in VA. Reliable, trustworthy, hard working folks. Support family business I’ll definitely use these guys again! Thank you so much for bailing me out when AAA left me stranded. Hopefully a memorable first tow for your newly acquired truck!
