I called this towing company for a winch-out service and was given a price and an ETA of about 3 hours. After waiting nearly an hour, I called back with a simple follow-up question, only to be told by a female employee that they had no record of my call at all. This is extremely unprofessional and disorganized. I wasted almost an hour waiting for nothing, believing a truck was already on the way. I do not recommend contacting this company at all. If the owner needs proof, I can provide call recordings.
