Please don’t trust these people with your vehicle. They stole my son jump box out of his car and his phone charger. The jump box only cost 40 dollars on Amazon but I guess they couldn’t afford it. He paid 100.00 dollars for diagnostic but they didn’t diagnose anything and gave incorrect information on what was wrong with the vehicle. These people are the true definition of crooks. Who steals from a teenager? Only bums like them. We’ve tried to contact them several times only for them to block our numbers. So again, DO NOT take your vehicle here. You have been warned

Unfortunately you aren't having a good day when you have to use a service like this. But walker towing made it a little better. Larry and his co-worker came and got me from Cabot AR and took my car all the way to colonel Glenn to be serviced for the best price I could fine. No added fees and no BS. Thanks guys! Will use again if I ever needed too

My niece's car broke down on the side of the highway and was towed by the state police before we could get a reputable towing company to have the car towed to a repair shop. So when we went to pick up her vehicle we were treated HORRIBLY. We were told that we couldn't pay with a card, only cash even though the credit card machine was right there on the counter. When we asked why this was the case they could offer us no reasonable explanation; only that "this was how they did things." So we had to go to an ATM to get cash. When we returned to get the car, they were closed. The person behind the counter failed to tell us that they were closing before we left the shop even though we told them that we were headed to an ATM and would be right back to pay for the car. So we had to return the next day. This turned a $245.00 nightmare into a $311.00 nightmare. (The definition of a scam.) After paying, my niece checked her receipt in order to surmise the breakdown of charges when she saw that she was charged an additional $50.00 for "not having keys". Meanwhile, the car was unlocked, keys in the center console RIGHT ON TOP OF THE REGISTRATION THAT THEY HAD NO TROUBLE LOCATING. This entire situation sickens me and it really hurts my heart to say that these people are straight up racists. I've been a happy resident of the South for well over a decade and NEVER have I encountered such treatment by anyone at any business whatsoever. These people are the very definition of what is wrong with this country and are best avoided.
