If you need generic parts fine. But if you actually need a specific part that fits then forget this place. The past 3 years I have tried to use them because they are conveniently close but they're either extremely overpriced or I wait 2 days on the part and it doesn't end up being even close to fitting. Nothing but wasted time here...

Ryan Johnson from Kansas City great to work with! So easy to work with. Very knowledgeable and friendly!! I will definitely be calling him for more parts. Couldn’t find what I was looking for online, but he was able to pull a rabbit out of the hat for me. Thank you Ryan!! You guys are lucky to have him. Seems good parts people are hard to find now days.

Ryan Johnson at the Kansas City location was absolutely the most amazing rep. He definitely went beyond the call when I called Vander Haggs. He treated me with the up most respect, finding a male that will treat a female in this business with respect and not talk to them as if they don't know anything at all is becoming less and less. Even after I spoke with Ryan, he proceeded to find a plan B option for my customer then sent me an email with plan B information. Definitely will be calling Ryan in the future for customer parts!!!!
